Processing:

All orders will be processed within 2 business days of when the order is placed. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, then your order can take between 5-7 business days to process. If you need it urgently or have another issue, you can contact our Support Team.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Once 'packed/fulfilled' orders may not be changed or canceled. 

Shipping/Deliveries

Once the order is fulfilled and handed over to the courier, Rex6 is not liable for the delivery execution of the package. All inquiries about the movement of the package should be directed to the shipping courier that the customers selected at checkout.
